I have a link to http://custombuttons2.com/forum as part of my userstyles account information, but clicking this ends up taking me to http://custombuttons2.com/index.php?q=en-gb/403.shtml and giving me:
"Page not found"
"The requested page could not be found."
I had it as http://custombuttons2.com/forum rather than http://custombuttons2.com/en-us/forum etc. so that people's own locale would be used, but it seems that the site fails to resolve the URL correctly.
I haven't seen this happen with any other links though, e.g. http://custombuttons2.com/buttons-author/rawny, localises to http://custombuttons2.com/index.php?q=en-gb/buttons-author/rawny fine.

I created a temporary work-around for GreaseMonkey users: the Force CustomButtons2.com links to English script will catch those 404 errors and redirect you to the corresponding en-us page - which at least saves you from always having to fix the URL in the address bar manually.
Edit: I just realize the script does not work for this special case (maybe I try to figure out how to include it) - but it works fine for links inside the button pages (e.g. following the in-site links from here).
Edit2: Script updated - will now also handle the /forum URL.

you should not be seeing 403s anywhere except that forum link (I haven't had much time to troubleshoot that one). There may have been an issue for a bit, but I think I worked most of it out yesterday. Can you please test and let me know. Understand that if you click on a link that has no language specified it the site will attempt to find the correct language from your browser and what we have available on our site.

Ooops? Coming home I see my last reply I made an hour ago seems to have not been saved, so here again: Yes, the 404 errors seems to be fixed, congratulations! Just the 403 on the /forum link still persists - but I'm quite sure you get that one fixed as well. Meanwhile my script can still take care for that - either in Greasemonkey (easiest way), or copied to userchrome.js (for Firefox users; not tried, but should do).
Thank you very much!
